Kostentracker respects your privacy. This policy explains what information the app collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

1. Data Collection and Storage

• Personal Data: Kostentracker does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details.
• Expense Data: All expense and category data you enter is stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud account. This data is only accessible to you and is not transmitted to the app developer or any third parties.
• Images: If you attach images to expenses, these images are stored with your expense data locally and in iCloud (if enabled). They are not shared or uploaded elsewhere.

2. iCloud Sync

• If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud account and synced across your Apple devices using your Apple ID.
• The app developer does not have access to your iCloud data.
• Data transmission and storage are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

• Kostentracker does not share your data with any third parties.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used.

4. Device Permissions

• Photos: If you choose to attach an image to an expense, the app will request access to your photo library. Images are only used for display within the app and are not transmitted or shared.

5. Your Rights

• All your data remains under your control. You can delete expenses, categories, and attached images at any time from within the app.
• To delete all app data, you can remove the app from your device and, if desired, delete its data from iCloud via your device settings.
