• Personal Data: ClutterFree Cocktails does not collect any personal information such as your name, email address, or contact details.
• Recipe Data: Recipes, ingredients, and related data are stored locally on your device and, if you enable iCloud sync, in your private iCloud account. This data is not accessible to the app developer.
• Images: Images attached to recipes or ingredients are stored with your data locally and in iCloud if sync is enabled.

2. iCloud Sync

• If you enable iCloud sync, your data is stored in your private iCloud account and synced across your Apple devices using your Apple ID.
• The app developer does not have access to your iCloud data.
• Data transmission and storage are managed by Apple and are subject to Apple’s Privacy Policy.

3. No Third-Party Sharing

• The app developer does not share your data with third parties. If you enable iCloud sync, Apple processes and stores your data to provide that service.
• No analytics, advertising, or tracking tools are used.

4. Device Permissions

• Photos: If you choose to attach an image to a recipe or ingredient, the app will request access to your photo library. Images are used within the app and are synced through iCloud if you enable sync.

5. Your Rights

• All your data remains under your control. You can delete recipes, ingredients, and attached images at any time from within the app.
• To delete all app data, remove it from your device and, if desired, delete its data from iCloud through your device settings.
